Gelegen aan de zuidelijke ingang van <strong>Wells Gray Provincial Park<\/strong>, wordt het vaak aangeduid als de &#8220;Toegangspoort tot de Watervallen&#8221;. Deze bestemming was perfect voor ons door het evenwicht van rust, maar ook de uitdagende wandelroutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wells Gray Provincial Park<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\">Clearwater is vooral bekend vanwege de nabijheid van het uitgestrekte <strong>Wells Gray Provincial Park<\/strong>, een natuurgebied van meer dan 5.000 vierkante kilometer dat bekend staat om zijn spectaculaire watervallen, vulkanische landschappen en wildernis. Kajakken op Dutch Lake, paardrijden in de omliggende heuvels, of een wildlife-safari om beren, elanden en adelaars te spotten zijn populaire bezigheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dutchlake.com\/\">https:\/\/www.dutchlake.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\">Zelf zaten we in het Dutch Lake Resort. Hier hebben we gebruik gemaakt van het meer door af te koelen in het water, kajakken en mijn ouder hebben hier zelf met een bootje gevaren (ideaal om even een romantisch moment voor hun twee\u00ebn te hebben). Vanuit het resort kon je verschillende dieren spotten. Wij hebben bijvoorbeeld kolibries, schildpadden en herten gezien. Ook op de weg naar het resort hebben we beren welpjes gespot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Een Duurzame Bestemming<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7 wp-block-paragraph\">Clearwater en Wells Gray Provincial Park hechten veel waarde aan duurzaam toerisme. Bezoekers worden aangemoedigd om de natuur met respect te behandelen en hun ecologische voetafdruk te minimaliseren, zodat toekomstige generaties kunnen blijven genieten van deze unieke wildernis.
